Press Release Merkel, Draghi, and Guterres to approach Global Solutions at Summit in Berlin   – Global Solutions Summit will contribute to the “Great Realignment” – Berlin, 21 May. Chancellor Angela Merkel, Prime Minister Mario Draghi, and UN Secretary General António Guterres will discuss solutions for the challenges of G20 members together with 150 experts from politics, economy, science, and civil society. Again, this year VIPs will meet at the Global Solution Summit in Berlin on 27/28 May. The focus will be on practical implementation approaches to strengthen the global health systems, the world economy, education as well as on climate change. The discussion will be held as the follow-up of the G20 Summit in Saudi Arabia (November 2020). One of the targets to be discussed will be to find out concrete examples for applications regarding the 1 Trillion Trees Initiative as well as for Green Growth.
